Refund Policy

All sales are final - no refunds

Zeffany patterns are digital PDF files. Once a file has been sent, it cannot be returned, so we do not give refunds or exchanges for any reason, including:

• choosing the wrong size or the wrong pattern
• changing your mind after buying
• problems with fit, fabric, printing, or sewing

Before you buy

Please check these before sending payment:

• the size chart and finished measurements on the product page
• that you can print on A4 paper at 100% / actual size
• what is included in the pattern (product photos may show styling that is not part of the pattern)

If something is wrong with your file

If your PDF will not open, has missing pages, or you received the wrong pattern, email us at zeffanysewingpattern@gmail.com with your order details. We will send you the correct file.

Payment problems

If you sent the wrong amount, or have any problem with your payment, email us at zeffanysewingpattern@gmail.com before your PDF is sent and we will help you.
