Terms of Sale

By sending payment for a Zeffany pattern, you agree to these terms.

1. What you are buying

Zeffany sells digital PDF sewing patterns. You receive a PDF file by email. Nothing physical is shipped: no printed pattern, fabric, or finished garment.

2. Prices and payment

  • Prices are in Philippine pesos (₱).
  • Payment is by GCash or Maya, to the accounts shown on the checkout page only.
  • Please send the exact amount and check the account name before sending. We are not responsible for payments sent to a wrong number or account.
  • Your order is confirmed once we have checked your payment.

3. Delivery

  • We email the PDF to the email address you give us after your payment is confirmed.
  • Please make sure your email address is correct. If you do not receive the file, check your spam folder, then email us at zeffanysewingpattern@gmail.com.

4. No refunds

All sales are final. Because the pattern is a digital file, we do not give refunds or exchanges once it has been sent. Please read our Refund Policy before you buy.

5. How you may use the pattern

  • The pattern is for your personal use. You may print it and sew garments from it for yourself, your family, and friends.
  • You may not share, copy, resell, upload, or give away the PDF file or its pattern pieces, in whole or in part, printed or digital.
  • If you want to sell garments made from a Zeffany pattern, please email us first.

6. Printing and sewing

  • Print the pattern on A4 paper at 100% / actual size and check the test square before cutting.
  • We recommend sewing a test garment (muslin) first to check the fit.
  • We are not responsible for fabric, paper, or other costs caused by printing at the wrong scale, choosing the wrong size, or cutting errors.

7. Product photos

Product photos may show styling that is not part of the pattern, for example embroidery, fabric prints, or accessories. Please read each product description to see what is included.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms shown on this page when you send payment apply to your order.
